In the world of £1,500 laptops, the Tecra from Toshiba might just be the best pc on the market.  It’s sleek design and bullet proof frame are super easy on the eyes, and it’s about as durable as an actual notebook computer can be.  For something even tougher, you are going to have to go into an IBM or Dell specialty line.

Now, in my opinion, 90% of all laptops on the market that are £1,000 or greater, simply aren’t worth it.  Even £500 buys you an awful lot of computer now-a-days, so what makes this notebook worth twice as much as one of my impressive Toshiba Satellite products?  Ummm… did I mention this computer is bulletproof?  Not literally of course, but it’s about as stable a machine as you can get, and the specs are top-notch.  Let’s take a look.

• 4gb ram
• SOLID STATE 128 gb hard drive!  Wow!  Small, but solid state drives are about as efficient and worry-free as they come
• Intel Core 2 Duo Processor 2.4 ghz
• 6 hour battery!

That’s quite a little package.  As you can see, it’s a pretty powerful machine that should suit all of your tastes.
